Fitness Friend

As I have mentioned before, one of the most valuable tip of weight loss in my opinion is accountability. When you have friends that know what you are doing and what your goals are, success is more likely. I am blessed with incredibly supportive family and friends that make sure to keep track of my weight loss journey and are quick to let me know when they can see the results of my labor.

Today, I had a lovely afternoon that seemed to revolve around fitness and health, with one of my best friends. We had a long, but fun work out and then I decided to make dinner for us. I just went grocery shopping so it was good timing. I ended up making a salad with spinach, arugula, tomatoes, and cucumbers. I also created something new that I will definitely make again. We'll call it clean eating breakfast for dinner.

Recipe (for two):
-3 cage free eggs
-handful of spinach
-one sweet potato
-one avocado
-salsa
-salt
-pepper

Start by boiling your sweet potato until a fork can easily pierce through but it is still pretty solid. Then cut into bite size pieces and warm up in a frying pan. Then, scramble your eggs with some spinach, salt, and pepper. Garnish with avocado and salsa.
Enjoy!

Have a great weekend!
