Clean Eating tofu with marinated Korean vegetables

I love a meal that can fill me up, without feeling heavy. Something that I absolutely love is Korean food! Marinated vegetables makes for a perfect side dish to any protein, and so I decided to recreate some this week.

You will just need some rice vinegar, pepper past/sauce/whatever, and some veggies.
I marinated mung bean sprouts and some cucumbers. Let them sit for a day or two, and enjoy with some quick tofu, cooked up in a frying pan with no oil.
