Black Friday dindin

It's that time of year again! After recovering from way too much food on Thanksgiving, Americans go out and shop the bloating pains away. As for myself, I spent a wonderful Thanksgiving with my cousins, who were kind enough to let me celebrate with them while away from my immediate family for the first Thanksgiving ever. I probably ate more than I should have, but not so much that I was about to pop. Today, I was able to sleep in and then people watch while the crazies were out shopping. I didn't have much of an appetite today (probably because I was still full from yesterday), so I prepared a light dinner that is one of my staple dinners for losing weight.


Sauerkraut is one of my favorite things and I like to pair 3/4 cups of this cabbage treat with one smart dog (veggie hot dog), and a squirt of mustard for flavor!


This dinner literally takes 30 seconds and it is full of vitamins, protein, fiber, and metabolism boosters! Perfect for dinner when you know you will be working out shortly thereafter, or for a quick meal on the go!
