When I run out of everything I need to make my morning green smoothie or I need something more portable, yogurt is my saving grace. Greek yogurt is definitely the most nutritious and weight loss activating, so that is what I try to get. I usually buy what is least expensive, but apple flavored Chobani is my favorite and it was on sale!
