Clean Eating Veggie Enchiladas

Once in a while, I like to find a meal I love and make it with way less calories. This morning for breakfast (I know, weird timing) I was craving enchiladas and could not get the idea out of my head. So, I put together what I had at home to make a meal with under 200 calories.

Ingredients:
Carb Balance tortillas (only 80 cals!)

Just a couple slivers of cheese for taste

Avocado (Duh!)

Fat free refried beans (you could do homemade, but I'm lazy)

Sprouts makes their own enchilada sauce and it's fantastic!

Final product, ENJOY!
