Do Resolutions Really Work?

     The idea of New Years Resolutions was an exciting one for me since I was a little girl. For years, it was always the same: lose weight! I happen to come across a journal entry from January of 2012, where I outlined my resolution for 2012, which was to lose at least 15 pounds by the end of March 2012. It was exciting to read and realize that I had accomplished that plus about 30 more pounds by the end of the year.
     I thought it would be smart to write down some sort of resolution or goal(s) for 2013, with motivation in mind from completion of my 2012 resolution.

1. Weight Goal: To be the weight that my driver's license says I am
Lose that last 15 pounds I want to
2. Size goal: To be a size 6 dress (currently a size 8)
To be a size 9 jean (currently size 11)
To be a size Small shirt (currently small/medium)
3. Confidence Goal: To fit in/look good/feel amazing in a bikini

So there it is! New Years Resolutions 2013
