Garlic Girl

No, Garlic Girl is not the name of the newest amazing superhero. However, in my mind, garlic should be considered a superhero. I am the kind of person that can literally eat garlic straight and it has SO many health benefits, it is definitely a wonder. My favorite thing is that it is a metabolism booster for sure, which is wonderful in every way. However, garlic is better for you than just helping with weight loss. Studies show that it is good for your heart and for your immune system. It is good to add with pretty much any savory food (in my opinion), so get creative!

Tip: I like to put a little bit of minced garlic on my 7 calorie crackers for a quick and healthy snack before workouts.
